When can I expect my order to ship?
At checkout, we will provide you with ‘Confirmation’ email and we start processing, which can take up to 3 working days. Then, when your order is shipped, you will receive another email with the ‘Tracking’ information.
Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.
Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. So, the time window for cancellation is basically not existent. Try and contact up ASAP. However, once you have received your order, you may return or exchange any eligible items.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email notification confirming shipment and providing tracking details. Please be sure to check your spam folder.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all the main credit cards and Stripe. Find them at the check out page!
Why is my card being declined when I try to place an order?
This is likely because we could not obtain an authorization from your credit card company. You may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information.
We will keep your order on file for 48 hours before it will be cancelled. Please respond quickly; merchandise cannot be held for your order and may become unavailable.
How do I use a promo code?
Promo codes may be entered at check out, in your basket. Only one promo code may be applied per order.
